Cookie Policy

Strictly necessary

These are required for the site to work: signing in, keeping your session secure, and remembering your cookie choice. They cannot be switched off, and they run whatever your other preferences are.

• Sign-in session

  Keeps you signed in to your workspace and links each request to your account securely. Without it, you cannot log in or view your own data.

  Duration: Session token refreshed while you remain signed in; cleared when you sign out.

• Cookie preference record

  packseen.cookie-consent

  Remembers your cookie choice so you are not asked again on every page.

  Duration: 365 days, after which your preference is refreshed.

Analytics

Optional. These only run if you choose to allow them. If you reject them, the analytics code is never loaded and no analytics request leaves your browser.

• PostHog product measurement

  Counts page views and a small fixed set of product events (for example, a sign-up completing) so we can see which parts of the site are used. It runs in a memory-only mode: no advertising profile, no session recording, no IP storage, and we do not intentionally set analytics cookies or stored analytics identifiers on your device.

  Duration: No analytics cookie is intentionally set by Packseen. Event data is held in our PostHog project on EU hosting.

What we do not use

This site does not use:

• Advertising or marketing tags
• A tag manager
• Social media pixels
• A/B testing tools
• Chat widgets
• Session recording
• Embedded third-party video or map content

The only other external request this site makes is to Google Fonts, which serves the site's typefaces and sets no cookies.
